Tuesday 3rd March 2026: Day 1 Trip to Perth from London Heathrow

Up early and took a cab to Terminal 3 LHR to catch our 17 hour non-stop flight to Perth. Fortunately still on even though their were issues with attacks on Iran. Lovely flight with Quantas and well worth going on the non stop to arrive in Perth the next day. Nice meal, watched a few videos and off to sleep.

Saturday 14th February 2026: Two PNPGC Rows

First row was an easy social row round mounts bay in front of PZ harbour. Crew as follows: Cox: James, 6 Jem, 5 Annie, 4 Chris, 3 Wendy 2 Me 1 Angie. The second row was a women’s with me as a fill in as follows:

Did a bit of racing from PZ Harbour to Newlyn Harbour. Crew was as follows: Cox James, 6 ? 5 Jem 4 Alison 3 Juliet 2 Jayne 1 Me. Followed this with a few drinks down the Longboat watching England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 v Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 😭

Wednesday 11th February 2026: EXR Henley course route on C2 RowErg followed by strength & stretch session

Nice 5km row along the EXR Henley on Thames course. Followed this with a strength and stretching session.

Tuesday 10th February 2026: WattBike Training Ride on ROUVY Ironman Kona course in New Zealand followed by cool down

Nice 20km training ride on ROUVY Ironman Kona course in New Zealand 🇳🇿. Hope to visit Kona sometime when in New Zealand. Followed this with a 7 minute cool down ride as follows
